When is the trip?
We are finalizing the dates, approximately between August 1st and August 14th. We're working to secure the best airfare rates and will keep you updated as soon as we have firm details.
How much is it and what does the price include?
This adventure is . The cost includes everything: roundtrip airfare, accommodations, transportation, all meals, screened staff, and all activities!
What is the deadline to join this trip?
April 15 is the deadline to secure your spot.
If there is still availability after this date, you may need to make your own airfare plans. In such cases, your total cost with KPTA may be adjusted accordingly. We encourage you to secure your spot before the deadline to ensure a seamless experience.
What is the age range?
7 years and up.
Can I come on the trip with my child?
You can choose to fly with your child to Greece and pick them up at the end of our adventure. Parents are responsible for their own accommodations, transportation, and meals. Get in touch with us to discuss your preferences and make arrangements tailored to your needs.
Can I be a chaperone on this trip?
While we greatly appreciate any interest in being a chaperone, for safety reasons, we are not currently inviting parents to serve in this capacity.
Does my child need a passport for this trip?
Yes. Please make sure the expiration date on or after is March 2025.
What if my child doesn’t have an American passport?
We understand each family may have unique travel documentation needs. We will gladly connect you with our travel agent to address any specific situations and ensure all necessary arrangements are taken care of. To ensure a smooth experience, be sure to get in touch with us as soon as possible.
Is there a deposit required?
Yes, there is semi refundable deposit of $250 is required for airfare. This deposit will be applied towards your balance. For refund details, please see dates below. The adventure must be paid in full by May 1st. Payment plans are available.
March 8: $150 refundable ($100 non-refundable)
March 15: $100 refundable ($150 non-refundable)
March 22: $50 refundable ($200 non-refundable)
March 29: Full $250 deposit is non-refundable
What is your refund policy?
Activities Fee: You must notify us by May 15th for a partial refund. After June 15th, no refunds will be issued. Please note that this does not include airfare—once tickets are purchased, they are non-refundable.
The activities fees cover accommodations, ground transportation, meals, activities, and staffing, which are separate. Last-minute cancellations are challenging, as we have already hired staff, reserved activities, and made other arrangements. It is also difficult to fill spots close to the trip start date, as airfare prices tend to increase closer to departure.

How do I sign up?
